The sample production is mainly to verify whether the product design is feasible, whether there are defects, and whether it is suitable for mass production, and communicate with the customer whether the final effect can meet the customer's needs, and at the same time evaluate whether the manufacturing cost meets the customer's budget.

Our prototype masters will make the designed samples to ensure that they meet the requirements of the customers at the first time and complete all evaluations required for mass production.

The prototype center will select the corresponding materials such as steel, aluminum, acrylic, Andy board, wood, glass and LED accessories according to the material design of the product to complete the sample production.

Our machines: CNC punch presses, bending machines, laser cutting machines, laser engraving machines, flatbed printers, UV printers, etc.

Sample production cycle: generally 5-14 days.
